Amber is an incredible host, providing outstanding responsiveness and assistance. The studio apartment pleasantly surprised us, being spacious, comfortable, and beautifully equipped. The peacefulness at night allowed for a restful stay. We were delighted with the amazing water pressure and reliable washing machine. The secure private parking added convenience. We appreciated the convenience of two supermarkets within a short stroll. The location, though slightly outside of the city, was still within walking distance to Bellagio. The friendly neighborhood and pleasant atmosphere added to our overall satisfaction.

The bathroom was awesome! It had a shower and they even provided free toiletries. It was so nice to have everything I needed right there. I felt like I was being pampered in my own private spa.
Personally, I didn't really like the shower set up. But hey, that's just me.

Convenient location near center, ferry terminal, supermarket, and mountain trails. Well-equipped apartment with private parking. Responsive host allowed early check-in. Clean and tidy with good value for money. Communication with host was superb. Close to ferry port and had secure private parking. Highly recommended.

The host was really helpful and provided us with some essentials for our first night. The flat was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The espresso machine and coffee pods were a great touch, perfect for a morning pick-me-up. The location was convenient, with supermarkets and beaches nearby.
We had some issues with noise from the neighbors above, but it's to be expected in a residential block. The instructions for the washing machine could have been clearer, although detergent and softener were provided.

had an amazing stay at a cool flat in bellagio, exceeded expectations! ambra was super helpful and the location was perfect for exploring the town and enjoying the beautiful scenery. definitely recommend!

The value for money at Cool Flat Villa was fantastic, with a comfortable and well-equipped room that was really good. The location was beautiful and within walking distance of the center, ferry terminal, and supermarket.

We had a delightful 3-night stay at Cool Flat! Our host was incredibly responsive and allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was clean, tidy, and had all the amenities we needed. We were able to cook, do laundry, and even enjoy some Italian television. The private parking was a huge advantage, and the location was perfect, being close to the center, ferry terminal, supermarket, and mountain trails. We would definitely choose Cool Flat again if we return to Bellagio. Thank you, Ambra!
